水热媒空气预热器在延迟焦化加热炉上的应用

摘    要:介绍了水热媒空气预热器的基本原理和应用情况,其在延迟焦化加热炉上工业应用的结果表明,该类型空气预热器能够适应加热炉负荷和燃料性质的变化,余热回收效率高、节能效果好,使加热炉热效率提高了7.12%,排烟温度调节灵活,能有效防止低温腐蚀,延长设备使用寿命;另外还提出了该空气预热器在实际使用中应注意和需改进的问题.

Abstract:The principles and application of the heat medium water air preheater for the delayed coker heater are presented. The application results demonstrated that this type of air preheater could accommodate to the changes of heat duties and fuel properties of the heater. It is high in waste heat recovery rate and improved in energy conservation. The heat efficiency is increased by 7.12%. In addition, it is easy in adjusting flue gas emission temperature. The cold-end corrosion is reduced and equipment service life is extended. Precautions and improvements in air preheater are suggested.
