Pt/C催化剂的分散和表征

摘    要:利用对Pt/C催化剂分散体系的Zeta电位测定,研究了催化剂在不同溶剂中的分散效果。研究结果说明团聚的Pt/C催化剂在溶剂中分散与溶剂的性质有关,研究所用的溶剂中异丙醇对Pt/C催化剂的分散性最好,经过分散处理后催化剂的颗粒最小。实验结果还发现催化剂的分散效果与溶剂的粘度成反比关系,即粘度越大分散效果越好。

Abstract:Dispersion of aggregated Pt/C catalyst in various dispersing solvents had been studied by determination of Zeta po-tentials. The particle size of Pt/C catalyst in solvent strongly depended on properties of the solvent. The results showed that the best performance could be achieved in isopropanol. And the dispersion of catalyst was inversely proportional to viscosity of the solvent, that is, the higher viscosity of the solvent ,the better dispersion performance of the aggregated Pt/C catalyst.
