基于WMN的无线视频监控系统的设计

摘    要:结合无线Mesh网络(WMN)的技术特性和网络视频监控的新要求,提出了一种基于WMN的视频监控系统设计方案。监控终端通过摄像机和基于嵌入式Linux平台的视频服务器完成视频采集和压缩,利用WMN进行实时传输,监控中心在Mesh网络的覆盖范围内通过因特网进行视频数据接收,实现无线视频监控。实验测试结果表明,该系统播放流畅、实时性好,在无线视频监控中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Combining the characteristics of wireless mesh network (WMN) with the new demands on networks video surveillance, a design scheme of video surveillance system based on WMN is presented. The surveillance terminal gathers and compresses the video flow through the camera and video server based on embedded Linux platform, realizes the real time transmission of the video stream based on WMN. The center carries out receiver of video data and realizes wireless video surveillance in the scope of the wireless coverage of the Mesh network through the Internet. Experiment test results show that the real time communication of video is achieved, and the system has a broad application prospects in wireless video surveillance.
