办公自动化网络的安全问题研究

随着互联网信息技术的普及及应用,利用互联网信息技术实现办公自动化,并且将办公自动化广泛的应用到企业公司、校园、政府部门、军事指挥等机构已成为社会发展的需要。所谓办公自动化是利用计算机的一种有效的、而且成本合理的网络办公应用,但是它会过量出售(被货商)、廉价出售(被信息服务部门)、以及错卖(被所有人)给业务领域的管理人员。在实现互联网办公的时候,由于覆盖面积广泛,使用者比较多,管理水平有所差异,往往不能合理有效的保证文件在互联网上安全运行及管理;同时还存在一些人员在互联网上从事破坏信息活动,给我国政府、集团企业造成巨大的经济损失。因此,提高网络安全监管,防止信息失真、修改和非法盗取成为当前互联网办公自动化传输与应用所迫切需要解决的难题。本文分析了办公自动化网络的安全问题,探讨了解决问题的办法。
