| 摘 要： | 分析了我国铝工业使用回转窑煅烧延迟石油焦的现状，回转窑煅烧不稳定的主要原因是给料不均匀和不能有效控制挥充分的燃烧，并提出了实现均匀给料和有效控制挥发分燃烧的对策。

| Abstract: | Kiln technique is widely used to process delayed petroleum cokes in aluminum industry in China,of which the current status is analyzed.It is pointed out that the non-uniform feeding of petroleum cokes and the volatile matter combustion in a non-controllable way are two mainfactors which affect the operating stability of kilns.It is suggested that measures should be taken to make sure that cokes is uniformly fed into the kiln and the combustion of volatile matter is realized under controllable conditions,which will lead to the improvement in the operation stability of the kiln. |
