摘    要:Ⅱ827-1综采工作面是芦岭煤矿建矿以来8煤层顶分层第一次采用综采工艺,该综采工作面面临复杂的地质条件和"双突"危险威胁。为解决该工作面回采期间的大量瓦斯涌出和预防煤与瓦斯突出事故发生,采用了立体式瓦斯综合治理法,通过超前预抽、边掘边抽、抽采同步等综合治理措施,改变了工作面区段的瓦斯赋存状态,降低了回采工作面煤体的瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力和瓦斯涌出量,使回采巷道的瓦斯浓度控制在0.2%~0.5%,保证了工作面的回采安全。

Abstract:Ⅱ827-1 fully mechanized face is a face in the top slice of No.8 seam that first adopted fully mechanized mining technology in Luling Coal Mine since the founding of the mine,and this fully mechanized face is faced with complicated geologic conditions and the threaten of "double-outburst hazard".For solving the problem of large gas emission from the face during coal extraction and preventing the occurrence of coal and gas outburst accident,stereoscopic gas control measures were adopted,including advance gas pre-drainage,gas drainage while driving and synchronized gas drainage and extraction,the use of these measures altered the gas occurrence state in the face section,reduced coal-body gas content,pressure and emission of the face,made the gas concentration in the mining roadway keeping in the range of 0.2%~0.5%,and thus assured the safe extraction of the face.
