摘    要:对蓄电池进行放电是维护其性能的重要手段,鉴于目前国内市场上放电设备的各种问题,有必要研制一种性能更好的放电设备。介绍了一种新型的蓄电池放电设备,该放电设备主电路采用升压电路,应用开关电源技术,采用PI调节器进行控制。和目前国内现有蓄电池放电设备相比,该设备具有放电电流连续,控制精度高,可靠性好的特点。讨论了系统的结构、组成和工作原理,重点阐述了脉冲放电电流对蓄电池的影响,给出了实验数据,经过在某机场的实际应用,效果良好,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:In the light of different problems of battery dischargers in present domestic market, it is necessary to develop a discharger of well performance because discharge battery is an important method to maintain it. A new type of battery discharger was discussed, the main circuit of which adopted boost, applied switching power technology, and used PI regulator to control. Compared with present battery dischargers in home, the discharger has characteristics of continuous discharge circuit, high control precision and good reliability. The structure, composition and working theory were discussed, and the affection of the pulse discharge current to battery was elaborated. The data given were proved to be good by practice in some airport.
