基于MCGS的自动扶梯节能控制系统设计

自动扶梯作为商场、宾馆、地铁、机场等公共场所不可缺少的公共设备,其平均运行时间长,且轻载或空载的运行状态较常见,在一定程度上造成了电能的浪费。基于MCGS设计了自动扶梯控制系统的中心软件,结合了西门子PLC控制器与变频器技术,提出了一种简单易行的自动扶梯节能方法。

Design of Energy-saving Control System for Escalator Based on MCGS

The escalator as a necessary equipments to the public place,such as market,hotel,subway,airport,etc.It operated throughout a long time,and the normal operation of the escalator is on light duty or unload,so it lead to much waste of electric power.This paper is based of MCGS soft to design the control center of escalator,combining with PLC controller and frequency converter technique,and puts forward an easy energy-saving method of escalator.
