再生器的安全评定

摘    要:介绍了某炼油厂催化装置再生器裂纹产生及检测情况 ,包括对再生器的宏观检查、厚度测定、磁粉检测及超声波探伤等 ;进行了再生器的强度分析和壁厚校核 ,结果表明 ,现有再生器的厚度合格 ,并对再生器产生的较大的 1 3处裂纹按照CVDA -1 984《压力容器缺陷评定规范》等 ,通过断裂评定参数的选取、缺陷简化及等效裂纹尺寸的计算、应力值的确定、允许裂纹尺寸的计算等进行了断裂评定 ,评定结果为此次超声波探伤检测出的所有缺陷在现有运行工况下运行均可以保留 ,不会产生断裂。最后提出了相应的一些防护措施和建议。

Abstract:Crackings and inspection in regenerator of the FCCU in a certain petrochemical company were introduced.The inspecting included macroscopic inspection, thickness determination, magnetic powder inspecting and supersonic flaw detecting to the regenerator. The result of analyaing the strength and checking the wall thickness shows that the wall thickness was up to the standard. According to the selecting the parameter of cracking evaluation, simplify defect, calculating equivalent crack size, determining the stress value and calculating the permit crack size, we made cracking evaluation of regenerator of FCCU, according to the CVDA-1984, and the result was that the defect could be retained. Finally, some countermeasure and suggestions for improvement to the regenerator were proposed.
