| 摘 要： | 系统介绍了热流道系统的结构，对热流道系统各个组成部分的种类和使用要求进行了说明。在此基础上，详细阐述了热流道系统设计的关键要素，并结合生产实际，通过对一套典型的热流道系统的两个设计方案的比较，分析CAE软件模拟的结果和解决办法，从而对如何正确的设计热流道系统进行了清晰的论述。

| Abstract: | This paper systematically introduced the structure of hot runner system. The kinds and requirements of each part of hot runner system are explained. Based on this,three key factors in the design of hot runner system are discussed in detail.By comparing with two precepts of a set of typical hot runner system and analyzing the CAE simulation results and solutions,it gives the clear discussion on how to design hot runner system correctly on based of practical production. |
