| 摘 要： | 为了满足SMC纱的浸穿性、不溶解性、硬挺度及SMC制品的力学性能要求，研制了SMC纱专用PVAc成膜剂配方。重点研究了成膜剂配方中乳化体系、合成单体的选用、合成单体的用量以及成膜剂的性能评价。

| Abstract: | To meet the requirements of wet-through rate,indissolubility and stiffness of SMC rovings as well as mechanical properties of SMC moldings,a dedicated formula of PVAc film-former for SMC rovings has been developed,with focuses on the selection of emulsifying system and synthesizing monomers,the added amount of monomers and the performance evaluation of the film-former. |
