摘    要:零电压开关(ZVS)在开关电源中的应用越来越广泛。它有效的利用了电路中的所有元器件,通过谐振达到了很高的输出效率,而且开关波形十分干净。本文选择HIP4081作为驱动芯片,设计一简单逻辑电路,从PWM信号变换得到相移信号,使得HIP4081发挥出了优势。通过具体的ZVS设计计算,实现了高效率的DC—DC变换器。

Design of a Full-Bridge Phase-Shift ZVS Isolated DC to DC Converter Using the HIP4081

Abstract:The Zero Voltage Switch(ZVS)technology is widely used in the field of switch power. It / usefully takes advantage of all components in the circuit. Resonant makes high efficiency true. Moreover, the waveforms are very clean. The article uses HIP4081 as the drive chip. And design a single logic circuit to convert the PWM output signals into required phase shift drive signals. Thus, making the HIP4081 drive the full-bridge and work well. At last, we design and calculate the ZVS parameters to make a high efficiency DC to DC converter.
