| 摘 要： | 真空预冷是果蔬采摘后的第一道工序,对果蔬保鲜至关重要.本文介绍了真空预冷的工作原理与特点,并着重分析了真空预冷装置的组成及特性.讨论了真空预冷技术和理论的研究发展状况.最后针对实际存在的问题,提出了推广发展真空预冷技术的建议.

| Abstract: | Vacuum pre cooling is the first working procedure after vegetable's harvested.It is important to keep vegetable's freshness.In this paper,the working principle and performance of vacuum pre-cooling technology is introduced.And the combinations and features of vacuum pre-cooling equipment are analyzed in detail.It also discussed the present situation of the vacuum pre-cooling technologies and theories.At last,according to some actual problems,the suggestions for developing and spreading this technology are put forward. |
