摘    要:针对区域植被覆盖及其变化情况,利用遥感技术获取植被信息的方法,构建植被监测指标体系,建立植被信息提取和安全评价模型,实现区域植被遥感信息获取、变化监测和安全评价;并利用ENVI/IDL结合C#语言,在VS2005环境下调用ArcEngine9.3工具包部分功能,充分利用各个语言的优势建立植被信息提取与评价软件包,为区域植被生长状况调查提供服务。
