基于虚拟仪器的电路板自动测试系统的软件实现

摘    要:针对生产电路板数量多和测试方法自动化程度低的问题,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术电路板测试系统,该系统借助NI公司的PXI板卡,采用测试子程序的分层实现,并由主程序对这些子程序进行调用,实现了电路板测试的自动化、可视化,从而提高了测试系统的效率,并最终实现了对电路板进行准确故障定位。由于该系统极大的提高了电路板测试的自动化程度和测试的速度,所以在一些大量生产电路板的企业和研究所具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:In view of the problem of the increasing circuit quantity and the low efficiency of automatic test method. This circuit test system based on virtual instruments and using PXI board of National Instruments is designed to solve this problem. The test subroutines, called by a main program, are achieved by several layers. This efficient system can be automatic and visual, and finally locate the fault accurately. As a result of this system which improve the automation degree and the test speed largely, therefore this system has the widespread application prospect in board enterprises and the researchinstitutes with mass circuit, production.
