| 摘 要： | 本文介绍以Altera FLEX10K器件为虚拟仪器核、辅之以少量的模拟与控制电路组成的一个虚拟仪器实体。在PC机控制下，在Windows95／98中借助Delphi5.0实现人机界面，可有效地实现多种常用电子仪器功能的设计原理与实现方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we describe the entity of a virtual instrument which uses the Altera FLEX10K device as the kernel of virtual electronic instruments, and is supported by a small number of simulation and control circuits By means of Delphi 5 0 we can realize man computer interfaces in Windows 95/98.The instrument controlled by a PC can efficiently realize the functions of many kinds of common electronic instruments The design principle and realization method are also given |
