| 摘 要： | MPEG中包含三种帧——I、P、B帧,I帧记录了主要信息,P帧和B帧作为运动补偿,如何提取出I帧是视频处理最关键、最基础的一步。本文实现了在压缩域上直接从MPEG码流中提取I帧。

| Abstract: | MPEG contains three kinds of frames: I,P,B frame. I Frame includes the main content,and P and B frame are only motion compensation. So how to extract I frame is the most critical and most basic step of video processing. The paper implements an approach to extract I frame based on compression from MPEG Bit Stream. |
