| 摘 要： | 运用Tollenar-Ernst模型,通过IGT实验得出了三色油墨在4种不同纸张上的最大墨层厚度;并通过图像的1-bit tiff文件和墨层厚度计算出了所需专色油墨的墨量;实际生产验证表明,基于Tollenar-Ernst模型的专色油墨墨量计算的准确度,完全可以满足实际生产的需求。

| Abstract: | This paper got the maximum ink film thickness of three-color ink on four different kinds of paper by Tollenar-Ernst model and experiment on IGT.Through the 1-bit tiff document of the image and the ink film thickness,this paper calculated the amount of the spot color ink.Through practical testifying,the accuracy of calculating amount of spot color ink based on Tollenar-Ernst model can fully meet practical need. |
