QPQ处理介绍及其在雷达产品上的应用

摘    要:分析了雷达传动系统的特点,提出了适合传动零件热处理的新方法-QPQ 盐浴复合处理.并全面介绍了QPQ盐浴复合处理的主要概念及其特点,如高的耐磨性、抗蚀性、抗疲劳性、高硬度以及微变形等.最后结合具体的雷达产品给出了三个方面的应用实例:即提高产品的使用寿命,提高零件野外抗蚀能力以及在精密零件中的应用,为工艺设计提供了新的方法.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the characters of radar driver system,and presented a new technics-QPQ process.It was introduced comprehensively the concept and characters of QPQ(Quench-Polish-Quench) process,such as low frictional parameter,excellent anti-corrosion,low abrasion under repeated loading,high stiffness and low deformation during the process.At last its practice on radar was given in three points: increasing use life,improving anti-corrosion,and application in precision parts.An innovative process was proposed based on QPQ technique.
