摘    要:分析喷射沉积工艺制取粉末金属材料的制造工艺过程、组织特点和技术经济优越性,讨论国内高合金钢的生产状况,进行了开展粉末金属高合金钢喷射沉积锻造工艺生产的可行性研究。

Abstract:Despite the obvious advantage over common high alloy steel manufactured by cast-forge method,high alloy powder metal has not been put into wide application for some defects in manufacturing method and technology. This paper analyses the process of spray deposition and studies the construction characteristics, the economical benefits of the powder metal materials produced by this techique. Accompanied by some research exomples in other countries and study on the actual manufacturing conditions in China,it points out that the spray-deposition technique is both practical and econonical in producing high alloy powder metal.
