摘    要:2008年11月10日检查测量发现黄河大峡水电站0号水轮机水导轴承运行摆度突然增大,进行机组B级检修时发现水轮机转轮的泄水锥被水冲走。笔者对泄水锥运行中脱落原因进行分析总结,并提出了切实可行的处理方案,同时总结提出了以后防止类似事故发生的防范措施。

Abstract:In the inspection and measurement made on November 10,2008,sudden swing increase of main guide bearing was found at No.0 turbine of Daxia hydropower station.During class-B maintenance,it was found that the turbine runner cone was washed away.The author analyzes the reason of runner cone fall-off in operation and puts forward practicable treatment solution and counter measures for future similar incidents.
