摘    要:针对GB/T18709-2002《风电场风能资源测量方法》、GB/T18710-2002《风电场风能资源评估方法》、《全国风能资源评价技术规定》和中国风电场工程可行性研究报告的内容,对上述文件的某些条款进行了阐述,指出了目前的风资源评估存在的一些问题并给出了一些建议。

Abstract:Based onMethodology of Wind Energy Resource Measurement for Wind Farm(GB/T1 8709-2002),Methodology of Wind Energy Resource Assessment for Wind Farm(GB/T18710-2002),Technical Regulations of the National Wind Energy Resource Assessmentand the current status of feasibility study report of wind farm engineering in China,some items of these documents are described, the existing problems of the wind resource assessment are pointed out and some suggestions are offered.
