| 摘 要： | 依据MBD规范,应用UDF快速建模方法进行产品三维数字化模型的定义.研究面向制造的特征信息模型,对特征信息进行统一且结构化的管理,对零件模型的特征信息进行提取与组织,向下游工艺设计、制造仿真活动传递完整的特征信息,有效支持设计与制造信息的一体化应用.

Research on the Management Method of Feature Information Based on UDF Modeling |

| Abstract: | Using UDF rapid modeling method to define the 3D digital model of product based on MBD, is an effective method to ensure the integrity and fairness of the upstream design model. This paper makes research on building the model of fea-ture information for manufacturing, and undertake unified and structured management of the feature information, then extracts and organizes the feature information from MBD model, finally, passes the complete feature information to the downstream process design and manufacture simulation activity, supporting the integration of design and manufacture effectively. |
