甘草硒多糖的制备研究

摘    要:根据有机硒化合物的合成原理,以天然甘草多糖为原料,与亚硒酸硒化,制备甘草硒多糖。利用单因素实验和正交实验探讨最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为反应温度60℃,反应时间8 h,甘草多糖与亚硒酸的质量比为1∶1,催化剂BaCl2的质量1.0 g。此条件下,甘草硒多糖的收率为27%。红外光谱对甘草硒多糖进行结构表征可知,甘草硒多糖中含有Se O键和Se—C键,实现了甘草多糖的硒化。原子发射光谱对甘草硒多糖中硒质量分数进行测定,甘草硒多糖中硒质量分数为6.59 mg/g。

Abstract:According to the synthesis principle of organic selenium compound and taking the glycyrrhiza polysaccharides as the raw material,the selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides was prepared with selenious acid.The result shows that the yield of selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides is over 27% under the following optimal conditions: reaction temperature 60 ℃,and 8 h,the mass ratio of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides to selenious acid 1 ∶1,the mass of catalyst BaCl2 1.0 g.The selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides contains Se=O and Se—C through the infrared spectrum.The selenium mass fraction in glycyrrhiza polysaccharides was determined to be 6.59 mg/g by atomic emission spectrometer.
