烧结混合料加水控制策略分析与应用

摘    要:莱钢采用红外线水分仪检测烧结混合料水分,由于水分测量信号与实际信号间存在大滞后,有热返矿时,采用模糊前馈控制对控制量进行修正;无返矿时,采用“前馈-反馈加串级”的控制方案,对前馈计算值加以修正,从而控制烧结混合料的加水量。应用表明,一混、二混水分设定值和实际控制值之间标准偏差分别为0.484%和0.376%,最终混合料水分基本控制在7.6%~8.4%。

Abstract:Laiwu Steel adopted infrared moisture meter for the moisture measurement of sinter mixture.
