| 摘 要： | 传统的调度电话发令模式日现弊端,文中介绍一种调度运行电子发令系统,可实现调度指令下发、检修单查询、日志记录等功能的一体化,并设计了相应的安全和可靠性策略.在广东省电网推广初期,实行双轨制运作流程及组织管理措施.
