摘    要:针对CFB锅炉采用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)技术进行脱硝过程中存在未反应的还原剂对空气预热器的腐蚀问题,阐述了CFB锅炉NOx排放的主要影响因素,计算了SNCR脱硝系统使用不同还原剂的经济性,分析了烟气酸露点及逃逸氨生成的NH4HSO4对空气预热器的影响,得到了最佳排烟温度及SNCR脱硝系统还原剂合理用量的选择依据.实践证明,山西某电厂300MW CFB锅炉脱硝改造后,通过控制合适的氨氮比,可使系统脱硝效率提高,氨逃逸量对空气预热器的影响最小.

Abstract:The reducer irreacted will corrupt the air preheater during the process of denitrification by SNCR for CFB boiler. Aiming at the problem, this paper expounds the factors influencing the emission of NOx in CFB boiler, cal- culates the economy of SNCR denitrification system using different reducers, and finds the optimal temperature of smoke exhaust and the evidence on how to select reasonable quantity of reducer for SNCR denitrification system by analyzing the influence of the flue gas acid dew point and NH4 HSO4 generated by ammonia escape on air preheater. The practice proves that the 300 MW CFB boiler after denitrification reformation in a power plant in Shanxi is able to enhance system denitrification efficiency and lower the influence of ammonia escape quantity on air preheater by controlling appropriate N/H ratio.
