基于GPRS的同塔双回线接地安全防御装置研究

摘    要:
为了避免同塔双回线带地线合闸事故造成人员伤亡和设备损坏,笔者分析了同塔双回输电线路间距较小、感应电较大的原因,设计了基于GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)的同塔双回输电线路接地安全防御装置.该装置利用感性电流和检测地线电流的和信号幅值来判断地线的挂接情况,通过GPRS无线模块将操作信息发送给调度中心,并与五防系统配合实现强制闭锁保护,能够有效地避免人为误操作造成的带地线合闸事故.

Abstract:
In order to avoid casualty and equipment damage caused by switch-on in double circuit lines on the same tower, the author analyzes the reasons for narrow space and large induction between double circuit lines on the same tower, and designs a ground security defense device based on GPRS. It is a device which judges ground hitching by the inductive current and the detection on ground current and signal amplitude sends the operation signal to dispatc- hing center by GPRS wireless module and realizes blocking protection with the help of five protection systems, which enables to avoid ground switch-on caused by human error.
