摘 要: | 分析了直接聚合法、开环化聚合法合成聚乳酸的优缺点,综述了PLA微球的三种制备方法:相分离法、溶剂挥发法和喷雾干燥法,并对各种方法进行了比较分析。

Study on Synthesis of Poly Lactic Acid as Biodegradable Polymer Material and Preparation of Its Microspheres |

Abstract: | Advantages and disadvantages of the direct polymerization method and open-loop polymerization method for synthesis of poly (lactic acid) were analyzed; three preparation methods of PLA microspheres were reviewed, including phase separation method, solvent evaporation method and spray drying method. And these methods were compared and analyzed. |
