摘    要:利用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,成功研制了889 dtex/192f涤纶超粗旦低弹丝。结果表明,选择较低的熔体输送温度、纺丝温度为284℃,冷却采用侧吹风冷却加弧形板的方式,集束点在1500mm处,上油选择适合纺制超粗旦丝的油嘴(京瓷等大油嘴)等工艺较适合加工该规格粗旦丝,产品质量稳定,后加工及织造效果好。

Abstract:Using melt spinning process route, we has successfully developed the 889 dtex/192 f super-coarse denier polyester DTY. The results indicated that the lower temperature of the melt conveying, spinning temperature of 284℃, cooling method with quench air plus Arc Board, beaming in 1 500 mm, oiling choosing appropriate nozzle ( Jingci and other large nozzle), etc. were suitable for spinning the coarse denier filament. The product quality is stable, the postprocessing and weaving effect is good.
