摘    要:输电线路铁塔在热浸镀锌时,表面时常会出现小面积的局部漏镀,造成返镀,既导致锌耗的提高,又造成人工、设备等资源的浪费。其主要原因大致有四个方面:工件表面预处理状况不佳;助镀剂溶液参数控制不佳;热镀锌工序不规范;锌液中夹杂其它杂质成分。针对上述情况分析,采取了主要控制措施,包括酸洗液的配制与监控,增加活化助镀液,降低锌液中铁离子含量,正确添加合金的方法等,较为有效地解决输电线路铁塔热浸镀锌表面漏镀。

Abstract:When the transmission tower is hot-dip galvanized,part of the surface is not plated,and the tower shall be galvanized again,resulting in increase of zinc consumption and waste of labor and equipment.It is found that the problem is caused by unsatisfactory pretreatment of workpiece surface,poor control of plating assistant agent parameters,nonstandard hot galvanizing procedures,and liquid zinc mixed with other foreign matters.Effective measures are taken,including pickler preparation and monitoring,provision of activated plating assistant agent,reduction of iron ion in liquid zinc,and appropriate method of alloy addition.
