输出预报式PI控制是一种适用于工业过程的新型控制方法．介绍了预报式PI控制及 输出预报式PI控制的原理．提出了一种基于输出信号B样条分析的新型输出预报式PI方法， 该方法应用三次B样条函数分析离散形式的曲线，并进行被控过程的输出预报，以预报值作 为PI控制的依据．给出了以管式炉和恒温槽为控制对象的仿真计算及实际应用结果．方法简 单可靠，易于工程应用，适用于以温控为代表的缓变控制对象．

AN OUTPUT PREDICTIVE PI METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION IN PRECISION TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Output Predictive PI(OPPI) is a new method used in process control. The PI (Predictive PI) and OPPI methods are introduced briefly. A new OPPI method based on analysis of B spline is presented. This method analyses discrete curve and predicts output of the process controlled with three order B spline function, and carries out PI control with the predictive output. The results of its simulation and application used in tube typed furnace and constant temperature trough are given. It is simple,reliable, easy to realize, and is suitable for temperature control and other objects with slow time varying feature.
