摘    要:针对唐山发电总厂捷制CCV125/13型给水泵原设计和运行效率低、单位电耗高等一系列问题,提出改进设计参数和总体设计方案;重点介绍过流部件设计及结构改进,分析改进后的试验结果及经济效益;改进后给水泵主要性能参数均达到设计要求,效率达到71.65%。

Abstract:In view of the original design and low operation efficiency, high power consumption etc. problems existing in Czech-made CCV 125/13 type feedwater pumps in Tangshan General Power Plant, the scheme on improving design parameters and overall design was put forward. This article lays stress on introducing the design and configuration improvements of flow passage components ,and analysing the testing results and economic benefit of retrofit .All the main performance parameters of feed water pumps after retrofit could meet the design requirements with efficiency of 71.65% gained.
