摘    要:建立生活饮用水中有机氯农药残留的气相色谱测定方法。方法:采用液液萃取[1]-[2],浓硫酸净化、国产OV-17毛细管色谱柱,通过优化条件分析测定南昌红谷滩新区生活饮用水中六六六(BHC)、滴滴地(DDD)等七种有机氯农药的残留。方法的线性范围为4.0×10(-3)-4.0×10(-1)g·ml(-1),加标平均回收率在...

Abstract:Built the method to determinate seven kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues including residues of BHCs and DDDs in drinking water of emerging region Honggutan,Nanchang.Method:liquid sulfuric acid,China-made OV-17 capillary chromatic iquid-liquidextraction,clean-up with concentrated pillar.Experimental conditions are optimized,with the linear range of the method in 4.0×10-3~4.0×10-1μ g·ml-1,recoveries in the range of 92.9%-99.5%,and precision in the range of 3.05%~8.54%,the conclution can be made as follows:the presented method is fast,economical,and applicable to the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in drinking water.
