高频变压器分布参数分析

摘    要:随着单端反激电源工作频率的提高,高频变压器分布参数的影响不可忽视,但在实际设计中一般考虑漏感而忽略了分布电容的影响。高频变压器分布电容可分为绕组匝间电容、绕组层间电容、绕组间电容。文章给出了高频变压器数学模型及各类分布电容的理论计算方法,并分析了不同绕制方法和空间布局对高频变压器分布电容的影响,最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:The influence of High-frequency transformer distribution parameters cannot be neglected with the improvement of the operating frequency of single-ended fly-back po-wer supply, while the leakage inductance is more considered than distributed capacitance in design. Distributed capacitance contain the capacitance between the windings, winding layer capacitance and Inter-winding capacitance. The theoretical calculation method of the distributed capacitance is given in article in the case of the mathematical model of the hi-gh-frequency transformer is given, and then different winding method and the influence of spatial layout on the distributed capacitance of the high-freq-uency transformer are anal-ysed. Finally, the correctness of theoretical analysis is verified by experiment.
