| Abstract: | Recourse to literature and data,investigation and interview,mathematic statistics,logic analysis and so and so forth,the thesis implemented a contrastive research on theory presentation,formative background,three major strategic factors,implementation assurance and defaults of athletic sports Elite Projects between the two provinces Hunan and Guangdong,which avails the sustainable development of athletic sports with rewarding reference for the two provinces. |
