浅析监理行业的现状及对策

1988年我国试行建设工程监理制,之后全面推广,但是,监理制在社会上宣传不够广泛,监理的必要性还未被社会各界认识,因而市场体系发育不够成熟,市场规则不够健全,形成监理同行无序竞争,业主无限度压价,正规监理单位处境艰难。针对目前监理工程师的地位未真正确立,说话缺乏权威性的现状,提出政府应制定相关的规章制度,整顿监理市场,依法办事,这样,监理行业才能健康发展。

Status Quo & Countermeasures of Domestic Engineering Supervision Vocation

Following the first try-out of engineering supervision system in 1988,the engineering supervision vocation has been popularized in whole China.However,since the propaganda for this system is not enough and the necessity of engineering supervision has not fully understood by all circles of the society,the development of market system for engineering supervision is still under-mature and the market rules are imperfect.Disorder competitions within the same trade or occupation and unlimitedly forcing prices down among owners make some regular engineering supervision units or companies in a predicament.In terms of the status quo that the status of supervision engineers is not defined and their comments and opinions are lack of authoritativeness,this paper suggests the government shall draw out some relevant rules and regulations,recify engineering supervision market,do everything according to the laws,thus the engineering supervision vocation can be developed soundly and healthily.
