大时滞大惯性变频泵控马达调速系统研究

摘    要:针对大时滞、大惯性负载变频泵控马达调速系统动态性能差的特点,提出了采用极点配置最优预报自校正PID控制.介绍了极点配置最优预报自校正PID控制器的结构和算法.仿真结果表明,基于极点配置最优预报自校正PID控制器不仅具有良好的动态特性,很强的鲁棒性和自适应性,而且调节快速,参数整定方法简单.

Abstract:Because variable frequency pump-control-motor speed governing system possesses high inertia load and long time-delay and bad dynamic performance, a self-tuning PID controller with pole assignment optimal predictor was presented, its construction and algorithm were described. Simulation results show that the self-tuning PID controller with pole assignment optimal predictor has better control performance and adaptability and higher robustness, it can adjust speed quickly and is simple in parameters tuning.
