| Abstract: | The situations of actual quotation in building market in our country are analyzed.Based upon introduction of engineering cost management methods at abroad correct engineering cost control methods are discussed.Author points out that obsolete concept should be changed and establish investment consciousness based on whole procedure control to realize reasonable determination of cost and create good investment and social benefits. |
