摘    要:通过对某屏蔽电机转子长期运行情况及护环结构受力分析,发现了原来护环结构的弊端。重新设计了一种护环结构,并应用现代有限元分析软件对其在不同工况下的受力进行了详细分析和试验,确定了新护环结构的可靠性和安全性。在新护环结构下,对其焊缝结构进行重新设计和加强,提高了焊缝的强度和抗疲劳能力,成功地解决了原护环结构的缺陷和转子泄漏。该新护环的设计成功,大大提高了电机运行的安全可靠性。

Abstract:Through analyzing force conditions of a rotor retaining ring in canned motor at long-term operation,it is found out for disadvantages of the original retaining ring.A new retaining ring is redesigned,the force under different operation conditions are analyzed and experimented in detail by modern finite-element analysis software and the reliability and safety of new retaining ring are determined.Through resigning and strengthening the weld joints of new retaining ring,the strength and antifatigue capability are improved,so the disadvantages of original retaining ring and leakage problem of rotor are successfully resolved,and the safety and reliability of motor in operation are greatly improved.
