| Abstract: | In the light of the problem of only evaluating the total bid price and neglecting unit rates in the bill of quantities, this paper introduces one methodand standard of evaluating the main items rates in the bill of quantities. The research results of this paper provide decision basic to select the best contractor in the evaluation of bids. |
