| Abstract: | This paper discusses the principle regarding the establishment and development of the construction superintendence system in China. It traces the history of construction superintendence and the general plan of the state with regard to construction superintendence practice, the author makes suggestions concerning superintendence planning, control system, contract management and organization of superintendentc in construction. This paper is a combination of theory, case analysis and personal experience in the field. |
