| 摘 要： | 减少道路交通事故,在工业发达的国家已经有了不少的经验,事故量已趋于下降或稳定。中国属于正在发展中的国家,道路交通流量在猛增,交通事故也很多。北京己采取加强道路建设及严格交通管理等措施,目标管理是其中重要方法之一。本文是对这种方法的简介和探讨。

| Abstract: | The developed countries have had a lot of experiences to reduce the road traffic accidents and the number of accidents indicating reduction or stable state. China is a developing country, the road traffic volume is increasing rapidly, and there is a number of traffic accidents, Strengthen and strictly measute is taken in road construction and traffic management in Beijing. The target management is the one of most important method. The paper briefly introduces and discusses on the above mentioned method. |
