转K2型转向架交叉拉杆的有限元仿真研究

摘    要:交叉拉杆是转向架的关键部件之一,在车辆运行中承受横向、纵向和垂向载荷的共同作用。基于弹性有限元理论,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行在时速60km/h、80km/h、100km/h、120km/h的直线运行工况下的动应力仿真,由ANSYS求解器给出轴向应力和等效应力,根据所求得的应力结果,判定出交叉拉杆的危险部位,并分析其高应力区产生的原因,计算结果与文献2]相符合,为今后交叉支撑装置的疲劳可靠性研究奠定基础。

Abstract:The crossing bar is one of the key parts of the bogie.It receives transverse direction,longitudinal direction and vertical load during the running of the vehicle.Based on the theory of elastic finite element method,the authors simulated the dynamic stress at 60km,80km/h,100km/h and 120km/h by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The transverse direction stress data and the equivalence stress data were calculated by the calculator of ANSYS.It determined the dangerous part of crossing bar according to the result and then analyzed the reasons that cause the high-stress fields,which was approximate identical with reference document2].This can be foundation for studying fatigue reliability of cross sustaining device.
