分形理论在植物根系图像放大中的应用

摘    要:针对植物根系图像的分析处理需要,运用分形理论,提出了一种基于分形特征提取,对数字图像进行放大的方法,介绍了该方法的原理和实现算法.其基本思想是通过分形理论提取图像的特征信息,用迭代函数系统近似表示原图像,在不同尺度的图像空间迭代重建图像以实现放大.这种方法简单方便,可以实现非整数倍的放大,放大图像主观效果较好,在植物根系图像处理中进行了应用.

Abstract:Aiming at the demand in the image analysis of processing plant roots,an image enlargement method based on the fractal theory is proposedto enlarge the plant root images with good self comparability.The principle and algorithm of this method is discussed.Its main concept is to get the geometric information of the image through fractal theory.Then the image can be denoted by an IFS(Iterated Function System) approximately.Reconstructing the image according to IFS in different size of image space can realize image enlargement.This method is simple and convenient to be implemented and the image can be enlarged with non integer scale.The subjective effect of enlarged image is better.The proposed method is applied in our work of plant root image processing.
