铈锌铝复合氧化物的紫外屏蔽性能研究

摘    要:为了合成紫外屏蔽性能高且无光催化性能的屏蔽材料,采用共沉淀法合成了铈锌铝复合纳米氧化物。采用XRD、SEM、FTIR及UV-Vis等检测手段对合成材料进行表征,并以亚甲基蓝为模拟物测试其光催化性能。结果表明所合成的铈锌铝复合纳米氧化物具有优良的紫外屏蔽性能,且相比于同种方法合成的铈锌复合纳米氧化物具有无光催化性能的优点。SPV谱表明氧化铝的复合减少了紫外光所产生的表面光生电子与空穴,进而降低了其光催化特性。更适用于作为化妆品及外墙涂料等的防紫外添加剂。

Abstract:In order to synthesize the material with high uv-shielding performance and non-photocatalytic performance, the nano-composite of cerium/zinc/aluminium oxide was synthesized by co-precipitation method. XRD, SEM, FTIR and UV-Vis were used to characterize the synthetic materials, and the photocatalytic performance was tested with methylene blue as the analog. The results show that the cerium zinc aluminum composite nano-oxide has excellent UV shielding performance, and has the advantage of non-light catalytic performance compared with the cerium/zinc composite synthesized by the same method. The SPV spectrum shows that the combination of alumina reduces the surface photo-induced electrons and holes generated by ultraviolet light, and thus reduces its photocatalytic properties. It is more suitable for use as an anti-ultraviolet additive for cosmetics and exterior wall coating.
