| Abstract: | The iron- based nano- soft magnetic alloy is applied to many magnetic components such as choke coils and transformers due to its excellent soft magnetic properties such as high saturation magnetic induction, low coercivity and low loss, which has attracted widely attention. Firstly, the research progress of traditional nano soft magnetic alloy and new FeSiBPCu nano soft magnetic alloy is elaborated??and the exploration of nano- soft magnetic alloys by some researchers at home and abroad was introduced. Then, compare the new FeSiBPCu nano- soft magnetic alloy with traditional nano- soft magnetic alloy, its advantages and disadvantages were listed. The progress and current status of some extended research on new FeSiBPCu nano- soft magnetic alloy to deal with these disadvantages was introduced. Finally, the future development of this new nano soft magnetic alloy was prospected. |
