电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铁铬铝纤维丝中钇

摘    要:采用10 mL盐酸(1+1)和4 mL硝酸(1+1)混合酸溶解样品,选择Y 371.030 nm作为分析线,建立了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铁铬铝纤维丝中钇的方法。结果表明,铁基体对测定结果有影响,而合金元素铬、铝对测定结果基本无影响。使用基体匹配法绘制校准曲线可消除基体效应的影响。钇的质量浓度在0.10~2.00 μg/mL范围内与发射强度呈线性,校准曲线的线性回归方程为y=2 643.3 x+1 261,线性相关系数r=0.999 9。方法中钇的检出限为0.001 0 μg/mL。按照实验方法测定两个样品中钇含量,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为2.2%和2.5%,回收率为95%~102%。结果与使用对硝基偶氮氯膦直接光度法的测定结果基本一致。

Abstract:The sample was dissolved with 10 mL of hydrochloric acid (1+1) and 4 mL of nitric acid (1+1). Y 371.030 nm was selected as the analytical line. The determination method of yttrium in iron-chromium- aluminum fiber by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was established. The results showed that the determination results were affected by iron matrix, while the alloying elements including chromium and aluminum had no influence. The matrix effect was eliminated by preparation of calibration curve using matrix matching method. The mass concentration of yttrium in range of 0.10-2.00 μg/mL was linear to the emission intensity. The linear regression equation of calibration curve was y=2 643.3 x+1 261 with linear correlation coefficient of r=0.999 9. The detection limit of yttrium was 0.001 0 μg/mL. The content of yttrium in two samples was determined according to the experimental method. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=11) was 2.2% and 2.5%, respectively. The recoveries were between 95% and 102%. The found results were consistent with those obtained by p-nitrochlorophosphonazo spectrophotometry.
