碱度对细粒级铁矿粉球团性能的影响

摘    要:为了研究配加石灰石粉,球团矿碱度提高后其性能的变化,以细粒级铁矿粉为铁料开展了试验。结果表明,二元碱度(w(CaO)/w(SiO_2))由基准期的0.2提高到0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4后,生球性能没有发生明显的变化,其适宜的预热温度保持不变,而其焙烧温度可降低20℃。随着碱度的提高,其焙烧球抗压强度呈升高趋势,当球团矿碱度为1.2时,达到最大值。冶金性能试验结果表明,随着碱度的提高,球团矿的还原度呈升高趋势,当碱度达到0.8时,还原膨胀率达到最大值。

Abstract:The experiments were carried out to determine the effect of basicity on properties of pellets by adding limestone powder and adjusting basicity from 0.2 to 1.4. The results indicate that there is no remarkable effect on properties of green pellets with the increase of basicity. It is also found that roasting temperature will decrease by 20℃. However, compressive strength of roasted pellets increases with the increase of pellets basicity and reaches a maximum value with basicity being 1.2. The results on metallurgical properties testing indicate that reduction index increases with the increase of pellets basicity, but reduction swelling index reaches a maximum value with basicity being 0.8.
