| 摘 要： | 从天然胶乳清中提取的具有左旋光特性的白坚木皮醇「２－甲氧基－Ｌ－（－）－肌醇」，用它作原料可合成许多旋光性肌醇衍生物。研究旋光性肌醇衍生物“手征性”药物及药理作用，对开发治癌，初老期痴呆症和艾滋病等珍贵药物具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Quebrachitol is extracted from natural rebber serum. It has levo - rotatory optical activity. Chemically it is called 2 - O - methyl - L - ( - ) - Chir - inositol. It can be used to synthesize a Jot of optically active inositol derivatives. Investigation of optically active inositol derivatives and chiral drugs and pharmacology has significant importance in developing valuable drugs which may be used in curing cancer, Alzheimer's disease and AIDS. |
